Directions to Animate in Photoshop Elements 4.0

First go to file and choose save for web. In the preset menu, make sure Gif 128 No Dither is selected. Click on the box in front of animation. Click in one of the boxes with numbers and press tab to get to the loop delay. Change from .2 seconds to at least .5, no more than 1.5 seconds. Click ok and save to your z drive, in the awesome digital photography folder. Right click on the .gif file (in the z drive), choose open with Safari. Enjoy watching the animation! Note: You may do this multiple times.
