Mercedees Technology is changing our community by how we do some jobs. It is changing how we do assignments in school. Like in my school we are using computers to type thing instead of writing it on paper. It is changing how we communicate with people or how we get into places like in Disney land they have a system where you use your fingerprint to get into places there. They are also changing how cars work. Or in factories they have big machines to make things, so that people don’t have to make them by hand. Technology is making it so that people have less work. Those are just some of the ways technology is changing our community.
Lexi People are coming up with new ideas for new technology every day. Facebook and My space are new ways for people to get in touch. There are probably people out there right now thinking about new web pages for people to talk on. Maybe some day there wont be credit cards there will be just a scanner of your finger then no one would be able to steal your credit card number because, it is your finger print and no one can steal that. IPads are the latest thing and everyone wants them because they are so amazing! Apple has come out with so many new and great technologies its unbelievable! New technology has changed our community by I think making our community a little bit lazier. They don’t have to do as much because, people are coming up with new ways that you wont have to do as much!
Allison Technology is changing in our community rapidly. When you want to withdraw money from the bank you don’t have to talk to anybody, you just have slide your card through the machine, put your password in and your money comes out. When you want to find out the weather for the next day you don’t look it up in the newspaper, the only thing you have to do is check it on your computer or laptop. Do you have an ipod? Lots of kids do. If you want to check your email, but you’re at a bookstore all you need to do is go on your email application and you can check it with ease. When you go out in our community today try to notice how the community is changing in terms of technology.

Cellular devices are almost controlling our student body. Laptops and such are also controlling our society. How do you think electronics are controlling our society?

Gabi Technology is changing our community by people texting or calling instead of actually talking to each other and technology is doing things that people used to do so people lose their jobs. People also are cyber bullying instead of just normal bullying too. This is how I think technology is changing our community.
Technology is changing our community by, inventing more “smart” cars, making smaller phones that have more memory, more sufficient energy sources, and creating new jobs. Technology is also changing our community by making advances in medical equipment, which lead to more success stories from people that won their battle of a deadly dieses or cancer. Online banking and paying bills online is another thing that technology has changed.

How is technology changing our community, is if you don’t know what’s in front of you when your in your car and its pitch black in some thing jumps out in front of you and you don’t know what to do and you just hit it and then your car gets totaled because the thing that you hit messed up your car but see if you get the newer cars that were made that know what your going to hit before you hit it by the vibrations you car stop right when and there. But when your car doesn’t stop right there it just moves out of the way of the animal and that’s how technology is changing our community.
Technology is changing our community in many ways. One way is that many things are electronic. Communication has changed from letters or fax to e-mail, texting, calling, or social networking sites. At many amusement parks it’s not a slip of paper for a ticket. It may be a plastic card or your fingerprint can be used as a ticket. Computers can be used for many tasks that need to be done. People can search for anything, type up documents, create movies and slideshows, store pictures, communicate with anyone in the world, and much more. On a phone you can now even go online. Computers are usually a must for new college students not only for school, for keeping in touch with family. Many changes are good, but is it possible that some changes with technology may not be? At home kids are on Xboxes, cell phones, computes, and TVs… kids seem to be more interested in the technology then going outside and being kids. This could be a good thing because if I were an adult I would rather have my children inside not causing problems rather then having them roaming the streets and getting in trouble. It affects me because I am always on the computer, I have and I pod, I pads, mp3 player, cell phone, and rodeo. It changes my family’s life because we have a TV a bunch of computers, cars and others.

ReplyDeleteTechnology is changing by becoming more touchable like the new touch screen computers, iPads, and iPod Touches. It is also changing by not having to use a controller like the x-box 360 kinect. It is affecting people in a positive way by teaching new things and entertaining you when bored or with fitness by listening to music while exercising or using the wii fit.

Telephones have been able to call and do lots of knew things compared to ten years ago. We have had many knew things invented since the fifties. To keep this chain would be a remarkable thing. One question that I have always had is what is limit?

Now we are taking many of those things for granted such as: the lightbulb, telephone, television, and computer. Many people could not live without technology for even a week it runs their lives.

It is changing our world by taking some normal day object and turning it into a piece of high technology. Some of this affects you in a good way like making everyday life activities easier. An example of this is being able to clap to turn lights on. But, some of this affects you in a bad way, like making you stay inside and being lazy. ReplyDeleteTechnology is changing our world because most people could really care less about how much time they spend on the computer a day. People are probably thinking about how they would be able to live without it forever but one thing that never crosses their mind is to test themselves on how long they could spend without technology. One morning, I heard on the radio that someone locked themselves in their bathroom with no technology.
Technology is changing our world by having computers my dad spends 3-4 hours a day on the family computer, I play a game system and it has lots of tech in it, you don’t have to meet someone face to face just use live video chat.
