Brainstorming Ideas

Each of you are very unique and the experiences you've had in your life may be preparing you for your purpose in life. Technology has many positive uses--so many different ways of learning and sharing--and this class will help show you ways other students are leaders and making changes in the world today. Search for the site "Adobe Youth Voices" and choose the Youth Media Gallery. View some of the aspire or other videos to see how other students are communicating their ideas or showing how they are changing the world. Think of ideas of where you would like to make a difference and how and post a comment on this link.

  4. These first three posts are not brainstorming ideas for projects to do in computer applications. Please reread the post and make sure you include ideas for possible computer application projects.

  5. I think that if everyone works together we could do many good things. The community could work together. Students and Adults visit a nursing home and cheer elderly people up. You could volunteer at the local food pantry or donate money to charity. These are some of the many things you can do in your community to make it a better place.

We could help stop littering, and bullying. We could pick up trash in the park, the Pine River, or street sides. We could be leader by helping each other. We could also tell the teacher about someone getting bullied.

  9. I want to help my community by restoring parks. In town and around the county. I want to do that so kids can play all around the county. How I ‘m going to do this .Is by getting friend and relatives and neighbors. Then it could be possible.

I would like to try to stop people from littering and try to save the earth. You could have a group to go out and pick up garbage off the side of the road and off some beaches. When u litter in the water if it is plastic it could get stuck on an animal in the water and the animal could drown or die or get really hurt. We could have a day where the whole district goes out and cleans up garbage off the road. Each grade could get assigned a different area to clean. All the garbage we pick up we could recycle. And by the end of the day we could have that much more garbage cleaned off the Earth and recycled.

  14. I am…

TRUSTWORTHY because in volleyball if there’s a ball coming at someone else and there distracted and looking at something else, then it’s up to me to let them trust me to hit the ball over the net and make the game keep going.

We could help stop littering, by cleaning trash in parks and roads. We could adopt highways and clean rivers.

  16. I wont to help my community by having teams that go out on the side of the rode and pick p the garbage. And is it that hard to recycling plastic bottles. I also wont to help the community by turning water off when I am not using it. And I wont to turn off all the lights when you do not need it on. And when you go to the dump make sure you throw the right things in the right bins. elijah

In order to be a leader I would try to stand out. I would try to make a change in the environment by having no littering and picking up litter. By being a better student. Getting your homework done on time. I would ride my bike around town. Respecting other people and their belongings. I would stop bulling. I would also stop people from picking on other people.

Those video inspired me me because in volley ball
u always need to be trustworthy because if the cant get to the ball u need to be able to move fast and bump, spike drive or set the ball. And you always need to believe in your self that you can do it.

I could help with picking up trash around town and near my house. In my woods there is a lot of trash. I could pick that up so it doesn’t kill the animals and plants. If I pick up trash other places it will help the environment. I could have a trash pick-up day, where everyone came to pick-up trash in the area. We could walk along the sides of the highways and pick up trash. We could put signs on stop signs that say “DON’T LITTER!!! IT’S AGAINST THE LAW!!!” It would be a great success.

Yesterday, I had seen what a real hero was. A hero is someone that believes in making a difference. My idea for this class is for everyone try to be an intellectual computer hero. The way that you can do this is by only going on sites that aren’t bad for you to see, and by telling your friends to do the same. One website at a time we can rise up against bad and inappropriate websites. You can also be an online hero by not typing anything inappropriate on online video games.

I want to stop name-calling. I watched a video on bulling so that game me an idea for name-calling. I didn’t find a little clip on it so I decided to use it. I want nobody to call people names. Maybe we can use like points for our responsibility like taking 1 point off if u hear them call some one a name.

I want to go ask for donations from businesses for orphanages.
We could also have brat sales to raise money to keep kids of the street.
I want to help stop name-calling.

  25. I think as a project in computer applications we could design posters or signs. We could make them on the laptops and print them and hang them up. Maybe it would give people ideas on what to do to help the community, or how to be nicer. They could also explain about not doing bad things such as, drugs or cigarettes.

Today I was thinking what a good person would do to help stop littering. So of my ideas are to stop people tossing cans on the street because animals can choke on the cans, so they should take them to a recycling area. Another idea I had is to make a box that you can put items that decompose in it to make soil. More ideas are to not burn plastic boodle because they realest chemicals in to the atmosphere and if you don’t burn them and put them in the garbage they will bump them in the ocean and will kill animals and sea turtles.

  27. I think as a class we should all work together as a team. We should all create a fundraiser and donate to a good cause. We could make a website where people answer a survey about school so we know what classes to put them in. We could make classes more fun too. So that’s what my idea is.

  28. spectacluer I describe my self as a 21st century learner as somewhat intelligent in the RMS. Hard working like doing homework at home and not at school. I am very funny with other people. Fast learners like learning CPR.

I think that I am spectacular because I do a lot of spectacular things like go zip lining, go canoeing and kayaking I the Wisconsin River.
